On October 23, the Blackjack Wing hosted the Military Officers Association of America. JROTC programs from different schools around the area came out and had dinner as awards were handed out to each person from each school that attended. Congratulations to C/Maj Jayonna Armstrong for earning the MOAA Award! We hope to see everyone at next year’s MOAA, Blackjacks!!
