On September 14, the Blackjack Wing hosted Charm School for first-year cadets at Cimarron Memorial High School. This event served as an introduction to the expectations, standards, and experiences of the JROTC program. Cadets participated in a variety of activities emphasizing teamwork, discipline, motivation, and perseverance, while also learning the importance of resilience and growth through failure. In addition to physical training, marching, and the development of basic knowledge, cadets attended lectures designed to guide their personal and professional growth. Charm School provided a structured foundation to prepare them for the challenges and opportunities they will encounter throughout their JROTC journey.
